Where to start checking a digital product
Choose a guide for your task. Before buying, check what you will receive, where you can activate it and which conditions apply to your account. If you already have a code, start with the guide to its specific error.
- Compare a key, gift card and subscription. The same price does not mean the same result: compare the product, edition, balance amount or access period. Use the comparison table to check two offers.
- Check the activation region. Have the platform name and account country ready. Compare them with the product terms; if the listing names only a broad region, ask the seller about your specific country.
- Compare a new subscription with your current one. Note your current plan and expiry date. Check whether the offer accepts existing subscribers, when the new period begins and whether it renews automatically.
- Investigate an error and prepare a support request. Save the exact error message and order details. The guide explains common causes and lists the information to include when contacting the seller or platform.
