Rules for accessing PayForServices guides, using its content and using accounts available by invitation.

1. Website and available features

PayForServices is the website at payforservices.net, providing information about digital products, subscriptions, regions and activation. These terms cover visitors to both the Russian and English versions. A section for operator details is provided at the end of this document.

The catalogue and guides are free to read without registration. Invited users can sign in to an account created by the operator. Public registration remains closed. Browsing the website or signing in does not place an order, start a subscription, make a reservation or create a payment obligation.

A catalogue listing or an article mentioning a product, service or format does not confirm that it can be purchased on the website. The website does not allow visitors to post seller offers, reviews or listings.

Using an invited account

Sign-in uses a username, or an email address associated with the account, and a password. Third-party sign-in and OAuth are not connected. Use your own account credentials and keep your password private.

The account area displays digital products the operator has assigned to the participant’s account. In the current mode, the operator is testing access to a gifted product without payment. The owner can view its code after submitting the form and confirming their password again; a product record or code disclosure does not indicate activation on an external platform.

Activation takes place on the relevant platform’s website under its terms. Follow the value, currency and region stated for the product. Account access does not change the rights holder’s rules or authorise bypassing them.

You can sign out of the current session or change your password in the account area. A password change ends previous account sessions. If you lose access, contact the operator using the details below: automatic password-reset emails are not provided. Do not send your password or activation code; the operator does not request them by email.

2. Reference materials

Articles explain digital product formats and common restrictions. They do not replace a particular product’s description, licence agreement, platform requirements or seller’s terms.

Before using a third-party product, check its current requirements: device and account compatibility, region, activation method, validity period and any automatic renewal. The PayForServices interface language and your connection’s country do not establish your account region or determine product availability.

External platforms may change their rules. An article’s review date refers to that version of the article, not continuous monitoring of every change. Instructions do not guarantee activation of an individual code or authorise bypassing a rights holder’s restrictions.

3. Content and third-party marks

Original text, design, illustrations and software elements are protected by their respective rights holders’ rights. Making material accessible online does not transfer exclusive rights in it.

You may read the materials and share links to them. Quotation and other use are permitted with the rights holder’s permission or within applicable legal exceptions. When quoting, identify the source and do not distort the material’s meaning.

Third-party platform names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. They are mentioned to identify products; their inclusion alone does not indicate a partnership, official representation or endorsement of PayForServices by those companies.

4. Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully and respect others’ rights. The following activities are not permitted:

• attempting unauthorised access to administrative areas, data or infrastructure;
• introducing malicious code, exploiting vulnerabilities or bypassing technical safeguards;
• requests or automated activity that disrupt website availability or impose excessive load;
• using the PayForServices name or content for deception, fake payment pages or impersonation of website administrators.

Ordinary reading, following links and search engine indexing of public pages are not, by themselves, such activities. Technical restrictions may be applied to requests that threaten website security or operation.

5. External links and products

Links to platform rules, documentation and other resources are provided for reference. Their owners independently determine their websites’ content, availability and terms.

Following an external link does not create a transaction with PayForServices. If you purchase from another seller, payment, delivery, support and refund terms are governed by your relationship with that seller and applicable law.

6. Availability and responsibility

Maintenance interruptions, technical failures and errors may occur. Access to particular features may be temporarily restricted to resolve faults or protect infrastructure.

Because the materials are for reference, their suitability for every purchase, device or account cannot be guaranteed. These terms do not exclude visitors’ mandatory rights or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If a provision is unenforceable, that does not by itself invalidate other provisions capable of operating independently. Selecting a website language does not select a governing law or waive mandatory legal protections.

7. Privacy and preferences

The privacy policy describes technical and account data processing, country lookup and data recipients. The cookies and stored preferences policy explains sign-in cookies, language storage and how to manage this information.

These terms are not consent to advertising, mailing lists or processing for future features. Where applicable law requires consent, it is requested separately for the relevant purpose.

8. Changes to these terms

The current version is published on this page, with its date at the top. If website features change, the terms must reflect the functionality actually available.

These terms describe the current website and invited-account features. Terms for sales, payment, digital delivery and refunds must be published before sales begin. A new version does not retroactively create a payment obligation or consent to additional processing.
